There are a number of ways to
keep from losing your good health even if you're a senior citizen.
Good health is not guaranteed to us neither is life.
But there are ways to counter or stave off bad
health issues by taking control of the reins yourself.
Don't let things run wild out of control as far as your
health is concerned. If you stop caring about yourself who
else will step in for you? Your doctor can only do what he
can do as far as pointing you in the right direction and
issuing medications. After that we are left to follow
instructions and so forth that are given to us for ourselves unless
you've already crossed over to the other side of healthy.
You might ask, what else can I do. I excercise, drink plenty
of water, I take my meds as instructed and I eat fairly healthy.
What's left to do?
Well there are other things you can do for yourself. Get
plenty of fresh air, check out what exactly are your health issues -
you know those that you really forget to mention while at your doctor's
appointment. Read about what's wrong with you. Go
online put your issues into google and find out how others are dealing
with the same kind of issues or worse. There's so much
information out there., some good some bad. Then talk to your
doctor about what don't understand..
